From Factory to Sales – Success from All Angles

posted on by in Uncategorized

Say hello to Bailey Morman, one of our Sales Support Specialists. She began working at Percival in May 2019. In fact, Bailey originally started as a utility worker in our factory with a focus in paint (powder coating) as well as sub-assembly and warehouse. Prior to Percival, she worked at TC&B in Perry (where Percival Scientific is located) as an order processor.

Bailey’s main job duties include assisting our customers with any questions they may have, sending out quotes and walking them through the purchasing process. In addition, Bailey also works on updating our CRM system with the most updated customer information. She is taking classes to learn more about the database and how we can utilize the system to its’ fullest potential.

Bailey says what she loves most about working at Percival is, “The people for sure. Whether in the office or out in the factory, the people that I work with are great!” She also says that she appreciates that the company, “… is very personable and (a) family understanding place. Life happens and it’s good to know that I work for an employer that understands that.”

A big activity that Bailey likes doing outside of work is camping when the weather is nice with friends and family. She also enjoys her weekly bowling nights, going for rides on the motorcycle with her husband and just about anything that she can do with her family – whether that means going on walks, watching a movie or wrestling around in the living room. Bailey has three kids which keeps her plenty busy – April (4), Bo (2) and Chance (5 months).

Congratulations, Bailey, and thank you for your hard work and dedication to the company! We appreciate you!

Fun Fact: Bailey graduated from La’James International College with a Cosmetology License. She cut hair at both Sport Clips and Styles Unlimited prior to working at Percival. If Bailey could travel anywhere in the world right now (COVID aside), she would go to Ireland or New Zealand. Ireland has always been on the top of her list of places to go see and she has family in New Zealand. “It’s just beautiful, plus when it’s winter here it’s summer there!”
