Percival Scientific's quality control program involves an exhaustive, 95-step inspection process that involves everyone from the initial assemblers to our product engineers.

LEAD REFRIGERATION:
- CONDUCTS 23-ITEM CONSTRUCTION EXAM, REFRIGERATION CONSTRUCTION AND FUNCTION
OPERATIONS EXAMINER:
- CALIBRATES CHAMBER
- PERFORMS TEMPERATURE RECORDINGS
- PERFORMS RELATIVE HUMIDITY RECORDINGS
IF MICROPROCESSOR CONTROLLED, THESE ADDITIONAL EXAMS PERFORMED:
- TEMPERATURE AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY RAMPING RECORDINGS
- TEMPERATURE AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY VARIANCES PERFORMED AT EXTREMES (MIN. AND MAX.)
ASSEMBLY LEADER:

- CONDUCTS EXAM TEMPERATURE AND R.H. PERFORMANCES

Percival Scientific's Product Engineers also conduct sample tests on chamber products which determine the following:
LIGHT INTENSITY AIR VELOCITY (FT/MIN):
- FANS AT FULL SPEED, FANS AT VARIABLE SPEEDS
TEMPERATURE UNIFORMITY:
- AT VARIOUS TEMPERATURES UNDER FULL LIGHTS AND WITH LIGHTS OFF
MINIMUM TEMPERATURE WITH:
- FULL LIGHTS ON
- VARIABLE LIGHT INTENSITIES
MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE
RELATIVE HUMIDITY:
- BETWEEN 15°C AND 30°C, LIGHTS ON, LIGHTS OFF
SOUND LEVEL
Quality Control Tests of construction and performance are conducted on every Percival Chamber before shipment! Special tests may be available upon request to meet your specific needs!
